The Osaka International Business Promotion Center (IBPC Osaka) was established by the City of Osaka in April 2003. Experienced and professional staff will work with domestic and foreign corporations that are interested in starting operations in the city. The center provides support to facilitate the overall procedures with regard to business start-ups. It also helps in matching foreign companies with local potential partners.

The Osaka Business and Investment Center (O-BIC) offers one-stop consultation for international businesses looking for successful market entry into Japan. Information can be obtained about the business environment in Osaka, legal and other procedures, daily life in Osaka, etc. O-BIC was established jointly by the City of Osaka, Osaka Prefecture, and Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
iMedio stands for Incubator for Multimedia Industry Osaka, which helps fledgling companies get started and promotes the use of information technology and multimedia among companies. Multimedia firms can look to iMedio to see how they can take advantage of the advanced technological infrastructure available in Osaka, and turn their ideas into images and further into new industries. iMedio Software Industry Plaza is located in the Sakishima Cosmo Square.
The Business Innovation Center Osaka (BICO) was established to support SME businesses. Services include business matching, consultations by "Akinai Aid" staff, liaison for joint ventures, advice on marketing channels, infotech introduction support, organization of communication sessions, etc.
